NIGHT 3: Lexi's setting sun
The decision was reached under the rising sun, so the town thought it only fitting to kill Alexis under the dawning sun. Of course, this made it a VERY long day for poor little Alexis, sitting around, anticipating her death.
That afternoon the town loaded The Pearl, the only passenger boat on the island. She had five large sails and a wooden, singing mermaid carved on the bow. Some even said The Pearl resembled a pirate ship. Most of the town sat quietly on the ship praying Alexis really was mafia. They all knew how horrible they would feel if someone's life ended so early without reason.
As evening approached, Alexis was ordered onto the plank. Step by step she approached her death. As the sun dipped silently beneath the horizon, the ocean sparkled as if millions of tiny diamonds floated along its surface. It was almost as if the sea were calling her home. Without flinching Alexis stepped over the edge, and as the ship sailed away they could hear her small voice carried to them on the wind. "Good luck, mafia! Build that Six Flags! Avenge my death! I love you!"
It is now NIGHT. Those with night roles please email me by tonight at midnight. As Alexis is now dead, she may not comment. Rest In Peace Lexi, may your adventure under the sea be filled with music and many dinglehoppers and snarfblacks.
